Bank transfer for Spain only.
Shipping usually takes me 3-5 days. I always do ship with registered tracking number, if you want insurance or another shipping method you have to ask me for it.
Shipping to the US doesn't admit insurance.
I'm not responsable for lost or damage packages so I recommend full insurance.
